We, like many people had heard of the horror stories associated with renovations both in inconvenience and cost. We could not be more pleased with the attitude of your staff and contractors and moreover, yourselves. You made the process as painless as possible. We very much appreciated the time you spent with us explaining processes, changes and trying to accommodate working around us and our children especially since we decided not to move out during the works.

In 2004 my wife and I did a small lot sub-division (1 into 2 lots) and had 2 homes designed for the sites with the intention to build one and then the second at a later date due to our busy schedules. In mid 2004 we contracted Ferguson Builders to build the first house. The progress of construction, ability to communicate well with us and efficiency made the project relatively painless.

Nearing completion we decided to request Ferguson Builders to commence work on the second home, Owen was able to get the project going on short notice and completed within the timeframe required. After meetings and quotes from numerous builders we decided to complete our major home renovation with Owen Ferguson of Ferguson Builders. We had a very definite budget and he helped us see how we could achieve exactly what we wanted and stay within this budget and he also answered every question we had as first time renovators. Not only was Owen's quote very competitive but his wealth of information, friendly manner and propmt return of phone calls and punctuality made us feel we had made the right decision.

With a baby on the way our tight deadline was going to be tricky. During the work we were always kept up-to-date on what was going on. Owen welcomed our suggestions and was very keen to work with us as a team. His staff were very polite, friendly, hard working and kept their "work-site" clean and safe.

We are over the moon with the finished product. Owen and his team have done a brilliant job at completing our renovation to a high standard within a tight timeframe with any problems or delays dealt with in a professional manner.
